F&A Investment Support Group LLC (FAISG) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how we protect it.

What we collect

Contact details, business information, and the answers you provide in your funding-readiness intake. Documents you upload (bank statements, financials, formation documents) are stored in our secure client portal, not sent by email.

How we use it

To deliver your assessment, roadmap, and requested services, and to communicate with you about your engagement. FAISG does not sell your information.

Personal-credit data

We only review personal-credit information with your explicit written consent and a permissible purpose. You may decline this without affecting your free assessment.

Sharing & referrals

We may share information with due-diligenced partners (e.g., lenders, bookkeepers, New Limits Legacy) only as needed to deliver services you request, and we will always disclose any financial relationship with that partner.

Our services

FAISG provides advisory, research, organization, and preparation services related to business funding readiness, as described on our Services page. FAISG is not a lender, bank, broker-dealer, or credit repair organization.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee funding, loan approval, grant awards, credit-score improvement, rates, amounts, or timelines. All funding and grant decisions are made solely by third-party lenders or grantors.

Payment & cancellation

Paid packages have published, fixed scope and pricing, provided at the time of purchase. We do not charge on contingency or commission tied to your funding outcome.

Governing law

FAISG operates as F&A Investment Support Group LLC, organized in Florida and registered to do business in Texas as a foreign LLC. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles — governing-law state pending final attorney confirmation.

Disclosures

Not a lender. FAISG (F&A Investment Support Group LLC) is not a lender, bank, broker-dealer, or credit repair organization. We are an advisor, researcher, organizer, and implementation partner. We do not make loans, issue credit, or decide any lender's or grantor's application.
No guarantees. FAISG does not and cannot guarantee funding, loan approval, grant awards, credit-score improvement, rates, amounts, or timelines. All funding and grant decisions are made solely by third-party lenders or grantors under their own criteria. Our readiness score is an internal assessment of your business's documentation and financials — it is not a consumer credit rating or a credit-bureau product.
Education, not repair. FAISG provides business and personal credit-readiness education and diagnostics. We do not repair credit, and we do not represent that we will improve any individual's credit record, history, or rating for a fee. Any personal-credit review is optional and occurs only with your written consent and a permissible purpose.
Referral relationships, disclosed. FAISG and New Limits Legacy Consulting Firm are independently operated partner businesses that refer clients to each other under a disclosed referral arrangement. If we refer you to a lender or other partner, we will tell you whether we have a financial relationship with them. We do not sell your information.

If FAISG ever accepts referral or lender compensation, that relationship will be disclosed at the point of referral, consistent with FTC Endorsement Guide standards.
